The route begins at Telgárt at the municipal office. Climbing we get to the local area Havraník, where we have the opportunity to try a ride in the dark mountain spruce forest. Here we reach the highest altitude height along the route - 1000m n. m. Over Čeremka we arrive in the distinctive village Šumiac, with nice wooden houses, from where we take the dirt roads with panoramic views of the Muran plain and the Low Tatras and we pass under the legendary Kráľova Hoľa. In Nová Maša, in the local area Švábolka, we take the road I/66, leave it in Pohorelská Maša (tourist camp), from where we take the ascending asphalt road over the ŠPR Vrchovisko near Pohorelská Maša (incidence of Drosera Rotundifolia) to the village Pohorela. Again, we continue on dirt roads to Heľpa, the setting of the Horehronie folk festival, where we again take the I/66 road to Závadka nad Hronom. From Závadka, a climb to Vyšné Rakytiny awaits us and from there we take the dirt roads through Polomka to Bacúch.

There is the possibility of rail connection at both ends of the journey on the track Margecany - Červený kameň - Banská Bystrica, or transfer by road I/66 (Pusté Pole - Brezno -Banská Bystrica) Source: www.brezno.sk
